A mountain park on the city line

Oak Mountain State Park, Alabama's largest state park, lies in the northeast part of Pelham.  It covers 9,940 acres and was established in 1927, with trails, lakes, a golf course and a 15 mile equestrian trail.[3]

Horse owners and outdoor families around a park like this often look for places to store gear and house animals.  A horse barn, a pole barn for trailers and equipment, or a shop can fit those needs, depending on your property.[3]

Questions from Pelham owners

General information.  Every project is different, so call us about yours.

Is a horse barn practical for riders who use the Oak Mountain trails?

Many riders keep horses on small acreage near trails, and a barn with stalls, tack room and storage is common.  Layout depends on how many animals you keep.[3]

Can I build a pole barn in a busy suburban city?

Pole barns are scaled to your budget and often serve as shops or storage.  Check with the city for what is allowed on your lot.[2]

Are steel buildings used along the Interstate 65 corridor?

Steel is used for commercial buildings such as shops, warehouses and service space.  RBC offers turnkey builds from skeleton to insulated, wired and plumbed.[2]

Commercial metal buildings

Could I see what the building might look like?

The RBC color visualizer shows roof and siding color choices.  It is a simple way to start planning.[2]
